President’s Letter

So many executives use their President’s Letter to describe their company’s financial health, corporate investments, or vision for the future. If it is OK with you, I thought it might be nice if I took a different tack.

Rather than talk about our success over the last 15 years, I thought I would talk to you about an operating principle that I genuinely believe is the reason we have survived and thrived as long as we have:

Your success is our success.

This simple principle fuels SCi’s engine and keeps the wind at our back. How? Well, I make every decision by first evaluating how the consequences of my actions will affect our clients. I use this same decision-making criteria in considering the effect on our employees, my community, and the interests of our indirect stakeholders. My goal, as well as that of SCi’s employees and stakeholders, is to always maximize SCi’s value to as many organizations and people as possible.

Because of this principle and goal, I am proud to say that SCi has established itself as a competitive technology and management consulting company whose value is defined and measured by the success of our clients. And this metric, if no other, gives me great pride in telling you why I feel we are among one of the most valuable privately held companies in the United States.

We are committed to your success. Whether a client, partner, or supplier, an employee, consultant, or stakeholder, your success, however you may define and measure it, is our success.

Thank you for taking some time to explore our website and learn more about the remarkable things which SCi is doing. Having just completed our 2011 Strategic Plan, I expect that you will find most of the essentials within this site. But in the event that you don’t, please contact me directly. I’m always here, always engaged, and always ready to respond to your needs.

Warm Regards,

Rashid Ishaq
