Technical Expert/Lead Seven (7) years recent experience in a project leadership role applying an organization-wide set of disciplines for the planning, analysis, design, and construction of a corporate information repository on an enterprise-wide basis or across a major sector of the enterprise. Recent project management experience working directly with projects migrating from a mainframe environment to a distributed, right-sized computing environment. Recent supervisory experience managing work of the type required in this statement of work. Recent experience in project planning, cost estimating, system analysis, system design and project monitoring of large-scale and diversified database and application server systems. Recent experience in a leadership role performing Sybase and Oracle database administration, Replication Server Management, Full-Text Search Engine, CIS, data administration, and Design functions. Recent experience in applying relational database management system (RDBMS) principles and concepts in designing, developing, and implementing large scale nation wide systems including financial systems. Knowledge of Relational/Object-Relational Database Concepts, RDBMS (Sybase and Oracle), J2EE Architecture, XML, UNIX, Project Management, System Development Methodology, Data Modeling Techniques, such as IDEF1X and IE, OLTP and OLAP. Senior Database Architect Five (5) years recent experience in a planning, analysis, design, and construction of a corporate information repository on an enterprise-wide basis or across a major sector of the enterprise. Skill and knowledge in working with Solaris and Solaris applications accessing Sybase and Oracle Application & Database Servers. Skill and experience establishing a UNIX environment. Knowledge of UNIX (SUN Solaris preferred). Systems Administrator (Microsoft) Recent experience establishing systems in the Web platform and distributed computing environment using Microsoft Server, and Cold-Fusion and SharePoint. Recent experience in hardware planning, analysis, system design and monitoring of large-scale Web/server systems. Skill and knowledge in working with Microsoft s applications accessing SQL Database Server. Knowledge of Microsoft (2003 Server preferred). Quality Assurance Specialists Three (3) years' specialized experience performing Quality Assurance tasks. Must be knowledgeable, skilled, and possess recent (within the last year) hands-on experience implementing quality assurance and quality control polices, programs and procedures. Skill and knowledge in reporting on QA/QC activities and be capable of making recommendations on changes to meet specifications and quality standards. Technical Writer Demonstrated experience in the preparation and compilation of ADP related documentation such as system specifications, feasibility studies, functional descriptions, standards and guidelines, and user manuals. Demonstrated experience in the preparation and compilation of technical reports dealing with computer and technology related analyses and reviews. Demonstrated ability to edit and proofread technical documents. Experience in coordinating document production and distribution. Senior Web Software Engineer Three (3) years’ recent experience in a leadership role applying an organization-wide set of disciplines for the planning, analysis, design, and construction of corporate Web information systems on an enterprise-wide basis. Recent experience in a leadership role in the specification and integration of Web systems for Information Management applications to ensure systems, COTS packages, and methodologies are interoperable, portable, and scalable IT solutions. Skill and knowledge in working with ColdFusion MX and Java applications accessing Sybase Applications & Database Server.
