Often, these are blanket purchasing agreements (BPA) or master ordering agreements (MOA) that enable our customers to purchase as much or as little as they want during the course of a fixed number of years. Our clients prefer this option to the alternative: award a new contract, with wholly new terms and conditions, for every new project.
The concepts we propose for a BPA, MOA, or something similar maximize flexibility, eliminate risk altogether, and empower our clients to control what, when, where, and how they purchase services.
