US Veterans Affairs

For the bureau of Veterans Affairs, the SCi team consists of:

Business Systems Analysts;
Software Engineers.

The SCi team manages the development custom applications built for internal VA customers and other federal agencies. Specifically, the team performs the following functions:

Project management: SCi provides end-to-end management of the application development engagement;
Application development: SCi develops software solutions using .NET and ViewSTAR technologies;
Business Analysis: SCi works with business units to develop business models and requirements for future application projects;
Testing / QA: SCi conducts full life-cycle testing activities in conjunction with end-user representatives;
Application Support: SCi provides ongoing maintenance and support of solutions delivered by SCi and other suppliers.

Some of the applications in scope include:

TELE: USDA utility accounting system
